Európai startup verseny

Kéttucat feltörekvő vállalkozás juthat kezdőtőkéhez, irodához és mentoráláshoz Európa legpezsgőbb startup városaiban, így kapcsolati hálóhoz is.
A hannoveri CeBit szakvásáron tegnap jelentették be a versenyt, amit az Európai Innovációs és Technológiai Intézet (EIT) informatikai innovációkkal foglalkozó közössége, az EIT ICT Labs hirdetett meg. Az egyes témák győztesei 40 ezer eurót nyerhetnek, emellett fél évre irodát és szakmai, illetve üzleti segítséget. De a program lejártával sem engedik el a kezüket: a szervezet üzleti akcelerátor programjában is lehetőség van a későbbiekben részt venni.

Nyolc téma, nyolc város

Az EIT ICT Labs 8 központjában (London, Eindhoven, Rennes, Trento, Berlin, München, Helsinki és Stockholm) rendezik a döntőket, amelyre 10-10 csapatot hívnak meg. Az első helyezett 40 ezer, a második 25 ezer, a harmadik 15 ezer euróhoz jut, de aki nem nyer is kaphat segítséget a későbbiekben a szervezettől.Április 20-ig az alábbi témákban várják a jelentkezéseket:·         Egészség és életminőség
·         Okos terek
·         Cyber és valós világot összekapcsoló rendszerek
·         A felhő jövőjeAz alábbi négy témában nyár végéig lehet jelentkezni:
·         Cyber biztonság és adatvédelem
·         Dolgok internete (IoT)
·         Városi élet és mobilitás
·         Okos energiarendszerek
Más versenyektől a kezdeményezés abban is eltér, hogy nem csak az üzleti megtérülést nézik, hanem olyan megoldásokat keresnek, amik minél nagyobb hatással lehetnek a jövőben az emberek mindennapi életre. Emellett az is kiemelt cél, hogy európai innovatív megoldások szülessenek, amiket itt lehet megvalósítani.   „A vállalkozók nagyszerű ötleteikkel a gazdasági növekedés mellett az életminőséget is jobbá teszik:” mondta el Willem Jonker, az EIT ICT Labs vezérigazgatója. „Ezért jelentős befektetésekre is hajlandók vagyunk, hogy ezeket az ötleteket és vállalkozásokat az ökoszisztémánkba vonzzuk”. Ezzel is hozzá akarnak járulni az európai informatikai kkv-k globális piaci sikeréhez.
